This lot contains various royalty interests (producing minerals - 12.83 NRA) in twenty-nine (29) horizontal wells located in Sections 5, 6, 7 and 8, T1S-R66W and Section 12, T1S-R67W, Adams County, Colorado. Operated by PDC Energy, Inc., a Chevron company, of Denver, Colorado.

The wells are Niobrara and Codell horizontals in four drilling and spacing units: the Brant LE unit (19 wells, Orders 407-2246 and 407-3712), the Brant Federal unit (2 wells, Order 407-3340), the Ottesen unit (Order 407-3344) and the Ottesen LE / Ottesen Federal unit (8 wells, Orders 407-1844 and 407-2614). Combined, these wells have produced an average of approximately 1,071 BOPD and 7,842 MCFPD over the past six (6) month reported period.

Additionally, there are eighteen (18) wells drilled on this acreage which have not yet been completed: two (2) in the Ottesen unit and sixteen (16) in the Ottesen LE / Ottesen Federal unit, all drilled in 2020 and 2023 and awaiting completion per the Colorado ECMC. Three (3) further Brant LE wellbores were drilled to surface casing only in 2020 and are in suspended status; they are not included in the well count.

Wells: every well whose surface hole or lateral lies in the 20 mapped sections, from Enverus well headers read Nov 3, 2026; the lateral trace is the Enverus directional path, simplified. Status is the Enverus well status, grouped: DUC is drilled and not completed; Inactive covers inactive completed and producing wells and the one injection well; Cancelled or expired permit is a permitted location that was never drilled (off by default). For the 50 wellbores in this lot the status is the ECMC status used in the Wells section. Well type is the Enverus trajectory: horizontal, directional or vertical. Wells that were permitted and later cancelled before Enverus assigned a trajectory are not shown. Section outlines: BLM PLSS CadNSDI; the T1N sections sit across the base line of the Sixth Principal Meridian, so their corners are offset from the T1S corners below them.

29 producing wells and 18 DUCs across four units

Select any well to open its card, or open a unit's 3D block diagram. The four units hold 50 wellbores: 29 producing, 18 drilled but uncompleted, and 3 Brant LE wells suspended at surface casing that have never produced. Each well is grouped under the drilling and spacing unit that governs it today, with the order that sets the current spacing and the unit size. First production is the first month ECMC shows oil or gas sold; production is gross, February to July 2026.

NiobraraCodellTarget bench, from the well name (HN or N is Niobrara, HC or C is Codell) and confirmed by landing depth. The small code is the ECMC reporting formation; NFCC and NBFHC are commingled Niobrara, Fort Hays, Codell (and Carlile) production.

Status codes (ECMC): PR producing; SO suspended operations; WO waiting on completion. DUC marks a well that is drilled but uncompleted (ECMC status WO): Ottesen #17N and #18C, and the 16 Ottesen Federal and Ottesen wells in the Sec 5/6 unit. Ottesen LE footages for the bottom hole are approximate, from Enverus coordinates; formation intervals and six-month volumes are ECMC. Formation codes: NBRR Niobrara; CODL Codell; NFCC Niobrara, Fort Hays, Codell, Carlile; NBFHC Niobrara, Fort Hays, Codell. The Order column is what ECMC shows for each wellbore; the current spacing for the unit is the order in the unit header. Method: each recorded legal was matched to an Adams County parcel by subdivision, block and lot or by site address (Adams County Parcels service, read Nov 2, 2026). The parcel center was placed in the BLM CadNSDI section polygon (BLM PLSS). Quarter and quarter-quarter lines here are drawn at the midpoints of the BLM section corners, so they are close to, but not the same as, surveyed aliquot lines.
